MCP Registry Health

The census uses the official MCP Registry active/latest entries and verifies only declared public HTTPS streamable-http remotes.

Checks are read-only: DNS/SSRF safety, TLS, MCP initialize, tools/list schema sanity and discovery metadata. Remote tools are never called and credentials are never forwarded.

Non-OK and non-AUTH_REQUIRED results receive a second observation no earlier than six hours later. Disagreement becomes INTERMITTENT.

A GitHub Actions result is a network-vantage observation, not a claim that an endpoint is unreachable from every network.

Opt-out and corrections

Server owners can request opt-out or correction through the public contact channels of the Toramo747/Neo-collettive repository, identifying the Registry server name and affected endpoint.

Opt-outs are recorded in data/registry-health/opt-out.txt. Historical datasets are not silently rewritten.
